The warranty is unlimited. Improper use of ILYSH jewelry or the addition of gold or replacement of materials is not covered by the warranty. The receipt is essential in case you have a warranty claim.

What is your return policy?

You have 7 days from the receipt of the products to return the items. These items are exchanged if they are returned in good condition. Please note that ilysh.com does not grant any refunds on its items. ILYSH cannot be held responsible if a return does not arrive at its destination.
